Newcomers will start their journey with a baseline evaluation which will consist of a series of simple exercises that will give you and your trainer an idea of where you’re starting. Next you will talk with us about what goals you're looking to achieve. Whether you are starting from scratch, looking to add more to your current routine or need help with what to eat; we can assist you with it all. We have an onsite Nutritionist to assist you in meal planning, body composition measurements and educational materials and seminars. Based off of your wants and needs we can help determine which membership option will get you to your destination in the best way that fits your lifestyle. We recommend all members start with the Beginner's Membership before making any commitments or signing any contracts. Our goal is to use the class times that you pick to introduce you to the 10 General Physical Skills (Strength, Stamina, Agility, Accuracy, Speed, Power, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance, and Cardio/Respiratory Endurance). You will have the option to participate in 2 workouts each week for the first month, with each class consisting of an hour. Once your initial month has come to an end, you should have a better idea of which membership will benefit you the most.
